Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery times:
• UK: 1–3 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

Delays may occur during holidays or due to customs inspections.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, or import taxes related to their order. THE Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. THE Studio is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the courier, THE Studio is not liable for loss or theft. Customers should contact the courier directly to open an investigation.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of wigs and hair products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos.
