Return & Refund Policy

At THE Studio, each wig is crafted with premium materials and undergoes strict quality control. Due to the nature of hair products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
• Wigs (custom, coloured, ready-to-ship or made-to-order)
• Hair extensions
• Haircare products
• Sale items

This ensures that every client receives unused, untouched products.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed, as preparation begins immediately. Custom-coloured or made-to-order units cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Clear photos of the product
• Packaging and shipping box photos
• A description of the issue

If eligible, we will replace the item or provide a store credit.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, THE Studio is not responsible for loss or theft. Please contact the courier directly to file a claim.

Refused or Returned-to-Sender Packages

Packages returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pay customs fees are not eligible for a refund. Re-shipping costs will apply.

Quality Assurance

Each wig is inspected, photographed, and recorded before being shipped. This helps us ensure transparency and protect both the brand and the buyer.
